Return Policy
The Scentedcandleplace wants you to feel as comfortable as possible with your purchase decisions so that you can benefit fully from the convenience of online shopping. We are committed to providing you with the highest level of service possible to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with our products. Shipping Policies Federal Express is currently used for all shipments by Je T'aime Fragrances. Most shipments are sent via FedEx Ground. Our normal policy is to require a signature upon delivery of each shipment. This is done to ensure that you receive your shipment and that the contents are not subjected to adverse weather conditions (i.e., candles can melt when subjected to excessive heat). In the event you do not want us to require a signature upon delivery of your shipment, it must be noted in the Special Notes section of the Checkout form at the time the order is placed. If you choose to waive the signature requirement, Je T'aime Fragrances will not be held responsible for theft or any damage that may occur to the products. We are currently offering flat rate shipping to our retail customers for all orders shipped to addresses within the continental United States - $8.00 for orders under $100 and free shipping for orders over $100. Shipping charges for orders with shipping addresses outside the continental United States are calculated during the checkout process based on the weight of the items purchased and the shipping destination. Where applicable, the receiver of the goods is responsible for all tariffs, duties, fees, etc. Damaged Goods Policy If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, you may contact Je T'aime Fragrances and they will assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate carrier. After you receive a claim number from the carrier, you may contact Je T'aime Fragrances via e-mail or phone and they will reship your order promptly. |
